The Magic of Analogue: Capturing Your Day on Super 8
You love the authentic, tactile feel of analogue photography, and your booked package already reflects that commitment to timeless art. Now, imagine bringing that same grainy, warm, and wonderfully imperfect quality to a moving film.
This is the power of the Super 8 Film Bolt-On.
Super 8 is an iconic, nostalgic medium—not for capturing every second, but for capturing the feeling of your day. It results in a short, romantic highlight film characterized by its unique grain, light leaks, and beautiful colour saturation. It’s a piece of cinematic history that becomes a unique heirloom from your wedding or elopement.
Pricing and Investment
The Super 8 process involves film purchase, lab development, and professional scanning to ensure the highest quality digital transfer. This service requires dedicated attention alongside the photography coverage.
The price for the Super 8 Analogue Film Add-On is an extra £750.
This bolt-on is available to all clients booking a Wedding Photography package or an Elopement Photography package.
A Documentary Approach in Motion
Just like my Analogue photography, the Super 8 footage is captured with intention. Due to the limited nature of film cartridges, every shot is highly considered, prioritizing the most emotional and kinetic moments: the first kiss, the dance floor chaos, and fleeting glances.
Super 8 is not about crystal-clear HD; it’s about nostalgia. It delivers a true feeling of memory, perfectly complementing your documentary gallery and giving you an unforgettable, textural piece of film history from your special day.
